10 Billion Liters Closer to Cleaner Water
In 2017, P&G was set to announce that it had provided 10 billion liters of clean drinking water to households around the world through it’s Children Safe Drinking Water (CSDW) Campaign.
To create awareness of this feet, P&G sought the help of H+K to simultaneously execute a Water Day campaign in Nigeria, Kenya and South Africa. H+K offices coordinated the campaign in each market, ensuring coherent flow and maximum media coverage.
H+K leveraged its strong relationship with print and online media to generate conversations on P&G’s provision of Clean Drinking Water and to position P&G as taking the lead in eradicating lack of clean water and open defecation.
We also employed our influencer expertise to drive the conversation on social with key influencers leading the conversation and having the topic trend for 10 hours on social media.
H+K efforts resulted in successfully portraying P&G as a socially responsible citizen, concerned about its host communities. At the end of the campaign, over 40 media mentions with about 2 million impressions was generated
